Our solutions typically comprise estimating, planning, integrated scheduling, erecting and dismantling, and in-plant material tracking. We have extensive experience developing work access solutions across a broad range of customer needs, including for complex and irregular shaped equipment and complex pipe networks. Our Scaffold Design & Management Program combines decades of scaffolding experience with proven software technology to create an advanced approach to traditional industrial scaffolding. Our comprehensive program is designed to maximize equipment transparency, increase asset utilization, and reduce equipment costs.
Painting & Coatings
Partner Industrial has over a 60 year heritage of providing industry-leading painting and protective coating solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications, including routine maintenance, turnarounds, outages, and capital projects. Our proven processes and application procedures combined with years of experience allows us to handle a broad array of customer needs, including the most complex and technically challenging. Our solutions typically comprise estimating, planning, integrated scheduling, surface preparation, and coating application through a variety of proven methods and technologies, including brush & roll, conventional, airless, plural, and robotics. Our experience includes tanks, linings, concrete, and flooring. Furthermore, our painting and coatings certifications and training ensure that our highly-skilled employees are providing customers with the best possible service available.
Insulation
Partner Industrial provides comprehensive insulation and thermal protection services for a wide variety of industrial applications, including routine maintenance, turnarounds, outages, and capital projects. We have extensive experience designing and implementing low temperature and high temperature insulation solutions for small pipes, complex valves, and large vessels. Our offering includes the ability to perform energy appraisals and assess heat loss, corrosion under insulation (CUI), process flow-problems, and safety concerns. Through our approach to insulation we help our customers maximize their plant’s operational integrity, energy optimization, and work environment safety.
Shop Coatings
We have two newly constructed facilities built from the ground up using best practices and craft expertise. Two shops strategically located along the corridor between South East Houston and the Beaumont/Port Arthur area. Focused on all types of industrial coatings, including abrasive blasting, internal/external coatings, thermal spray aluminum, underground coatings, high-temperature coatings, and coatings under insulation.
Operations Support
Partner Industrial supports chemical manufacturers by managing the critical activities that take place after production. From operating packaging equipment to fill bags, boxes, drums, and supersacks, to staging finished product for shipment, we ensure materials are handled efficiently and accurately. Our team oversees the movement of goods from the plant to the warehouse and coordinates outbound logistics by truck, rail, or other methods to reach end users across the globe. By managing both packaging and inventory, we help streamline operations and keep product flowing without disruption.
Warehouse Management
We have significant experience managing the day-to-day operations of our customer’s warehouses. This includes receiving, inventory and records management, document control, staging, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods maintained within the warehouse facilities.
Transportation
We offer a full range of transportation services, including inventory and material handling, fleet services, equipment transportation, and shuttle van services.
Concrete Repair
We have significant experience repairing and installing footers, beams, pump bases, piers, catch basins, walls, cracks, and expansion joints in factories, warehouses, manufacturing centers, and food and drug applications. We work with several types of concrete mixes and various grouts, cementitious and epoxy.
Epoxy Flooring
We have extensive experience applying epoxy and urethane floor coatings systems in factories, warehouses, manufacturing centers, and food and drug applications. These flooring systems provide a slip resistant, impact resistant, chemical resistant, and fire resistant layer of protection.
Roofing
We offer a wide range of roofing installation and maintenance services. We have significant experience with most roofing materials, including EPDM membrane with tapered insulation, built-up roofing with hot asphalt, metal roofing, modified bitumen roofing, and thermoplastic roofing. We also offer a wide range of copper and stainless flashing, rain hoods, gutters, and downspout fabrication and installation.
Yards & Grounds
Our yards & grounds specialist have extensive experience with the planning, designing, installation, and maintenance of aesthetically appealing outdoor spaces. We provide services that range from basic lawn mowing and maintenance to more-complex landscape design and construction, including value-added services such as pest control, sprinkler system and irrigation installation and snow removal.
Lead & Asbestos Abatement
Partner Industrial has extensive experience in the removal and encapsulation of lead and asbestos materials on piping, equipment, and other customer structures. We comply with all local, state, and federal abatement regulations on all abatement related activities while using the safest, most cost effective methods of abatement and containment possible.
Janitorial
We provide a wide range of professional cleaning services within industrial and commercial spaces, including general office cleaning, hard surface floor maintenance, window cleaning, carpet care, sanitizing, and disinfecting.
Carpentry
Our carpentry specialists construct, repair, and install custom cabinets, work stations, build various sizes of shipping crates, formwork for concrete, siding on buildings, vessel supports for transportation, office renovation, and other structures made from wood and other materials.
Fire Proofing
Our specialists have extensive experience with various high-performance fireproofing applications. Our broad experience includes both field-applied and shop-applied fireproofing, including intumescent, cementitious, epoxy systems, form and pour, pneumatic, spray and troweled applications, dense concrete and lightweight cementitious fireproofing, hand packing, and corrosion under fireproofing.
Electrical & Instrumentation
Our electrical and instrumentation team delivers safe, reliable solutions across industrial environments.
